My name is Athullia Vincent
Athullia Vincent is the Founder of Eco Cater and Sarah Ethnic Cuisine, two purpose-driven ventures that reflect her passion for sustainability and authentic living.
She established EcoCater with a vision to promote eco-friendly alternatives to plastic tableware through the production of Areca Leaf Plates. Her mission is to encourage biodegradable solutions, reduce plastic pollution, and support environmentally responsible lifestyles.
Alongside this, she founded Sarah Ethnic Cuisine, a brand dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional food culture through homemade masalas and authentic ethnic dishes. This venture reflects her commitment to quality, tradition, and delivering rich, homemade flavors to customers.
Athullia holds an MBA in HR & Marketing, which has played a significant role in shaping her understanding of business strategy, customer needs, and sustainable development. With a strong concern for environmental issues and health impacts caused by plastic waste, she transformed her passion into a meaningful entrepreneurial journey.
Her path was not without challenges. In the early stages, she faced financial constraints and limited institutional support, as eco-friendly ventures—especially those led by women—were often underestimated. However, her determination, resilience, and belief in her vision helped her overcome these obstacles.
Through dedication and perseverance, Athullia has successfully built EcoCater into a growing eco-conscious brand while also developing Sarah Ethnic Cuisine as a trusted name for authentic homemade food products.
Today, her work not only contributes to environmental conservation but also promotes awareness about sustainable living and traditional food values in society.
